Questions, answered

A clearer picture.

A few things you may be wondering about permanent eave and roofline lighting.

For questions about your own property, Scott can talk through the details with you.

Will roofline lighting suit my property?

The right layout starts with the architecture. We look at your rooflines, entrances, materials and the view from the street, then discuss which details you would like to bring into focus. Scott can walk through the possibilities with you at the property.

Can I illuminate just the front of my home?

Yes. You can choose the front, selected sides, individual areas or the full roofline. Tell us what you have in mind when you enquire, or select ‘Help me decide’ and we can explore the options together.

What does the installation look like during the day?

The lights sit in a discreet track beneath the eaves, with the wiring concealed inside. Positioning and the finish of the track are considered alongside your home's existing exterior. We can discuss the details during your site visit.

Can I enquire while my home is being built?

Absolutely. Let us know that it is a new build and tell us the current stage of construction. We can discuss the roofline, the areas you want to illuminate and suitable timing for a site meeting.

Do you work with business properties?

Yes. We welcome enquiries for business premises as well as established homes and new builds. The approach is the same: understand the building, select the right areas and create an appropriate architectural lighting layout.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

Scott will call to discuss your property and what you have in mind. Quotes normally follow an in person meeting, where we can look at the roofline, access and installation details together.

Are eave lighting and roofline lighting the same service?

Yes. We use both terms to describe our permanent architectural lighting installed beneath the eaves and along the roofline. It is one system, planned around the exterior of your property.

Do you accept smaller projects?

Yes. Projects of every size are welcome, including a single elevation or selected architectural details. Share the property address and the areas you are considering in your enquiry.
